Introduce someone

Help someone you care about realize what's possible.

Many of the families we work with came to us because someone they knew made an introduction. Someone who cared enough to say, “You should talk to these people.”

Maybe you have a friend getting ready to retire, a family member facing a big financial decision, or someone who’s spent years building their savings and could use some help figuring out what comes next.

If someone comes to mind, we’d be happy to talk with them. We’ll take the time to understand their situation, answer their questions, and help them see what’s possible for their own life.

The terms, plainly

What happens, and what does not.

Handing over somebody else’s name is a small act of trust and it should cost them nothing. This one is a commitment, not a preference.

We do not pay for introductions.

No finder's fee, no gift, no credit against your fee. Nobody is ever compensated for sending us a name, which is the only way an introduction stays worth what it is worth.

Who this tends to be

The moments that usually bring someone to us.

You do not have to be sure. If one of these sounds like somebody you know, that is enough of a reason to send the name.

  • Two good incomes, no plan, and a nagging sense that the years are being spent well but not on purpose.
  • A retirement date has moved from someday to a year with a number on it.
  • A business is being sold, or an equity position is about to become real money.
  • A parent died and an estate has landed on somebody who did not ask for it.
  • Twenty-five years of federal service, and a pension decision nobody has explained.

Rather not hand over their details?

Send them something to read instead and let them come to us in their own time. The articles are open to read without an email, and the tools run in the browser without asking for one.

· The Heard First Session

Or just give them the hour.

The Heard First Session is one hour, at no cost and with no obligation, and they leave knowing where they stand whether or not we ever speak again.

It costs nothing, and nothing is owed when the hour is over. You leave knowing where you stand, whether or not we ever speak again.

For those within five years of retirement or already there, with $1 million or more set aside. No cost. No obligation.
