What this website collects, what it never collects, and the choices you have. In short: one small cookie, no ad tracking, and forms that send only what you type.
This website
What the site itself does.
One cookie, and what it is for
The site sets a single cookie (virtus_first_touch_source) recording how you first arrived - for example, from a search engine or one of our videos. It holds one word, never your identity, and expires after 90 days. We use it to learn which of our channels actually helps people find us.
Analytics without tracking you
When analytics is enabled we use Plausible, a privacy-focused service that uses no cookies and stores no personal information. We see page counts and anonymous events - a calculator was used, a guide was requested - never who you are, and nothing follows you to other sites.
Forms send only what you type
The booking, contact, referral, guide, and subscribe forms transmit exactly the fields you fill in - name, email, optional phone, your message - to our secure form processor so a person can respond. Every form says so beside its button, and each submission notes the page it came from.
Calculators keep your numbers
The planning tools run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is transmitted or saved by us; when one tool hands a figure to another, that handoff lives in your browser session and disappears when you close it.

Planning requires contact details, household information, and financial facts. Access is limited to the people working on your plan, and records are retained according to regulatory requirements.
What we never do
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
Your choices
You can browse the whole site without submitting anything; the articles and tools ask for no email. You can clear the attribution cookie in your browser at any time, and you can ask us what we hold about you, or to delete it, by writing to the email below.
