Client Portal

Your plan, your accounts in one picture, and a vault for the documents your family would otherwise have to hunt for.

What it holds

One place where the whole picture stays current.

A plan that lives in a binder is accurate for about a week. The vault is where yours keeps up with you, and where the documents sit so nobody has to go looking for them under pressure.

  • Your plan, as it stands today

The Five Worlds picture we built together, kept current between reviews rather than frozen the day it was printed.

  • Every account in one view

Accounts you hold with us and accounts you hold elsewhere, linked read-only, so the balance sheet is the whole household and not a fragment of it.

  • A vault for the documents

Wills, trusts, deeds, policies, beneficiary forms. The papers your family would need to find in a hurry, in one place they can be found.

  • What changed since last time

Spending, savings rate, and the handful of measures a review walks through. The same numbers we look at, visible to you between meetings.

Getting access

You do not sign yourself up.

Vaults are opened by us, one household at a time, so that what is inside is right before you ever see it.

Already a client

Ask, and it is open the same week.

Tell your advisor you want the vault. We set it up, load what we already hold, and email you an invitation to set your own password.

Not a client yet

It comes with the plan.

The vault is part of planning with us, not a product sold on its own. Start with a Heard First Session and it follows.

Security

Read-only, and yours to revoke.

Linked outside accounts are connected read-only: the vault can see a balance, it cannot move money. You can unlink any account yourself, at any time, without telling us first.

Cannot get in?

Call the office and a person will walk you through it rather than send you a help article.

It costs nothing, and nothing is owed when the hour is over. You leave knowing where you stand, whether or not we ever speak again.

For those within five years of retirement or already there, with $1 million or more set aside. No cost. No obligation.
